Update VITURE One Mobile Dock

We recommend updating your VITURE One Mobile Dock to the latest firmware. These updates will:

  • Optimize the charging and discharging capacity and prolong the battery life.
  • Optimize the working environment of the system, delay battery capacity decay, and increase battery life.

If you are using macOS Ventura 13, please update macOS to the latest version first.

  1. Plug the included USB-C to USB-C cable into your VITURE One Mobile Dock, then plug the other end of the cable into a USB-C port on your PC.
  1. Press the power button and ensure the Mobile Dock's battery level is at least 50% (two lights or more).
  1. Click on the download link.
  1. When the download is finished, double click on the .exe file. Your VITURE One Mobile Dock will update automatically.
  • If you get this alert when updating, please follow these steps and try again after each:

· Check your USB-C cable. Don’t use damaged accessories.
· Check for a firm connection between your cable, Mobile Dock, and PC.
· Ensure the cable is plugged into the Mobile Dock charging port, not one of the XR Glasses ports.

  1. Plug the included USB-C to USB-C cable into your VITURE One Mobile Dock, then plug the other end of the cable into a USB-C port on your MacBook.
  1. Click on the download link to save the update tool.
  1. Unzip the file.

  1. Double click update_script then you will get an alert.
  • Open System Settings of MacBook, navigate to Privacy & Security, then select Open Anyway.
  1. Double click update_script again, then tap Open.
  1. Enter “y” in the terminal window. Your Mobile Dock will update automatically.

Wait about 1 minute until the terminal shows "upgrade complete".

  • If you have issues or get this alert when updating, please follow these steps and try again:

· Unplug your Mobile Dock.
· Press and hold the power button until lights off, then press and hold the power button again to turn your Mobile Dock back on.
· Connect your Mobile Dock to your MacBook.
